Our Team has extensive expertise assisting high-net worth individuals, families and trusts with financial, estate, legacy planning, trust strategies, and asset management. Heather Walsh, Wealth Management Advisor. Heather began her career in the financial services industry in 1991. She helps clients focus on estate planning issues and works with their advisors in developing their estate plan. She also provides a wide array of financial services including wealth management, retirement planning, college planning and portfolio development. As a CIMA® (Certified Investment Management Analyst) as well as a CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor), she has written many articles for Boston publications and has conducted numerous seminars and media interviews. Heather was nominated as one of the Top 10 Financial Advisors by Boston Women’s Business Journal in 2009.

Stephen DiCarlo, Senior Financial Advisor. Stephen joined Merrill Lynch in 1985. Drawing on his experience and Merrill Lynch’s global resources, Stephen oversees portfolio management services offered to our clients. He specializes in discretionary and non-discretionary equity portfolio management, Alternative Investments, stock option analysis and hedging and monetization of concentrated equity positions. Stephen’s primary functions are equity research, portfolio management and monitoring of client portfolios. A graduate of Brown University, Stephen has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry.

Jody Chadwick, Wealth Management Advisor. Jody joined Merrill Lynch in 1998. He works closely with our clients to develop detailed financial strategies to help achieve their complex wealth management objectives. Additionally, he provides discretionary and non-discretionary fixed income portfolio management focusing on income and stability. Jody holds the CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and he is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC®. Jody is a graduate of Merrimack College and received his MBA from Suffolk University.

Our associates, Rita Souza and Filomena DelOrfano provide administrative support for our client relationships. They offer 50 years of combined experience at Merrill Lynch.
