Jess Panichi is a First Vice President-Investments, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC@, Certified Financial Manager, CFM, as well as the Senior Resident Director of the Duluth Merrill Lynch office. Jess is a Portfolio Manager within the Merrill Lynch PIA program; he has been consistent and successful with implementing exclusive investment strategies customized for each investor's needs. Jess is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor degree in Accounting and has been with Merrill Lynch since 1996.

Tina Licari is an Assistant Vice President, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC@, Certified Financial Manager, CFM, and a Portfolio Advisor within the Merrill Lynch PIA program. Tina identifies and implements retirement, education, wealth accumulation and wealth transfer strategies with our clients. She is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and University of St. Francis with a Masters Degree.

Deb Carlson has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She joined Merrill Lynch in 1994. She works with financial advisers and clients to assure an optimal client experience. She has earned many Merrill Lynch client service awards, including the Special Achievement award. She is series 7, 63, and 65 licensed.
