Nicole has over 20 years of experience in business including financial, marketing, and personnel management. Her career in the financial services industry began in 1998 and she joined Merrill Lynch in 2007. She is also a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor designee.

She is a 1992 graduate of the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography and a minor in Economics.
