PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Mark is a financial advisor in the Princeton Complex of Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management, with locations in Princeton, NJ and Yardley, PA. As a financial advisor Mark, works with high net worth individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations. He offers these individuals and their families a wide range of wealth management strategies including asset management, retirement planning, education planning, liability management and asset protection. Mark coordinates his efforts with the other trusted advisors of his clients, including attorneys and accountants; together they assist clients with tax, trust, philanthropic and estate issues, as well as wealth transfer strategies.

Mark services businesses through all stages of their development by providing strategies for cash management, group benefit plans, short- and long-term financing and ultimately succession planning. He also works with investment committees of nonprofit organizations to help implement their investment policy statement, asset allocation strategies, manager searches and performance reviews. Mark embraces Merrill Lynch’s open architecture while maintaining a focus on long-term asset management and leverages the resources of the Merrill Lynch Trust Company and its Center for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Management – divisions of the firm which can act as a co-fiduciary with non-profits, while also providing comprehensive charitable administration assistance and endowment development consulting.

Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Rider University. With a strong belief in continuing education as an essential ingredient to serving the best interests of his clients, Mark holds several advanced certifications, including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™
designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.

Mark is an active NYU Stern alumnus serving on the Alumni Council’s Executive Committee where he holds the position of Vice Chair for Signature Programming. Mark is also the Vice Chair and a founding member of the NYU Stern Executive Programs Alumni Committee. Outside of his work with NYU Stern, Mark also volunteers his time as an entrepreneurship mentor for FIRST Robotics, an organization founded to inspire young people’s interest and participation in science, technology, engineering and math. Mark is a member of the board of directors for the Mid-Atlantic Robotics, the regional affiliate of FIRST. A classic car enthusiast, Mark is a member of the Vintage Sports Car Club of America and the Aston Martin Owners Club. Mark and his wife, Samantha – an accomplished equestrian – reside in Hopewell, NJ, where they are active members of the community.
