Wayne Kobular has been in the financial services industry since 1984 and joined Merrill Lynch in 1987. He is responsible for the team’s market strategy and reporting. He also focuses on stock selection and new issues. As part of the Merrill Lynch Personal Investment Advisory (PIATM) Program, Wayne has the flexibility to move quickly to make thoughtful changes to a client’s portfolio, if the client chooses to give him that discretionary option. Wayne is also a Certified Special Needs Advisor designation, which is an internal self study curriculum designed to provide Financial Advisors with a broad understanding of special needs issues and prepare them to deliver in depth solutions via both Merrill Lynch services and the involvement of a “Special Needs Team.”. Wayne has two daughters and resides in Toms River with his wife.
Ellen J. Mc Carthy began her career in 1979 in the financial services industry and moved to Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President, Financial Advisor in 1995. Ellen helps clients focus on estate planning issues and works with their advisers in developing their estate plan. She also focuses on retirement income analysis, insurance strategies as well as fixed income portfolios. Ellen also holds the Certified Financial Manager designation, which is an internal Merrill Lynch, self-study curriculum based on a variety of wealth management topics and a course exam . Ellen has one daughter and lives in Lavallette, NJ.
Anne Kraljic has been with Merrill Lynch since 1997. She began her career as a Risk Analyst with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, moving to the position of Associate Portfolio Manager responsible for managing over $20 billion in private accounts. She became a financial advisor in 2005. Her focus is on developing strategies for high net worth individuals, their families and their businesses to help them meet their short- and long-term financial goals.
Anne holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor TM certificate, awarded by the College for Financial Planning and is a Certified Special Needs Advisor designation, which is an internal self study curriculum designed to provide Financial Advisors with a broad understanding of special needs issues and prepare them to deliver in depth solutions via both Merrill Lynch services and the involvement of a “Special Needs Team.”.
Anne is a 2000 cum laude graduate of the University of Delaware, with a B.S. in Business Administration. Anne currently serves on the board of Caregivers of Central Jersey and Twenty-One Plus. And is an active member and past President of Kiwanis Toms River Daybreak. She and her husband live in Toms River, New Jersey with their two children.
