PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Kirill Vorobeychik graduated from Kharkov State University, Ukraine, with a double major in economics and foreign languages in 1996, and that same year he moved to the United States. Left without his family, his first job was a janitor at the local printing company in Skokie, Illinois.

Always interested in finance, and being fluent in English, Kirill went on to work for La Salle Bank in Park Ridge in 1997. While at La Salle, Kirill attended Applied Mathematics and Financial Accounting courses at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

In 1998, Kirill saw an opportunity to work in the Oak Brook Smith Barney operations. The opportunity to establish his own financial advisory practice finally came in May of 1999, and in the following 7 years, Kirill went on to build a successful business at Smith Barney in Naperville.

Desiring to align clients with the market leader in private client financial services, Kirill joined Merrill Lynch in Oak Brook as an Assistant Vice President in January of 2007. He was promoted to Vice President in 2009.

Kirill, his wife Mary, and their son Yeshaya, live in Lincolnwood and are active in the local Jewish community.
