A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Kim joined Merrill Lynch in 2010, coming from Morgan Stanley where she practiced as a Financial Advisor. Kim is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and a Certified Special Needs Advisor (CSNA). A focus of her practice is retirement planning needs for individuals and businesses, including business retirement plans.
Prior to working in the financial services industry, Kim spent several years in management at Alabama Power and Southern Company, working in multiple departments including accounting, information technology, and customer service.
Kim is actively involved in the community as a member of the Service Guild, the Music Club Guild, Canterbury Methodist Church, Mountain Brook Schools PTO, and a board member of Girls, Inc. She and her husband, Bob, have been residents of the Birmingham area since 1987 and have three children.
