Kenneth is a graduate of California State University at Sacramento.
He is a Veteran of the U.S. Military having served over ten years in the United States Marine Corps., most notably, as a Drill Instructor and then as a Platoon Sergeant during the Persian Gulf War.
Kenneth holds the series 7, series 63, series 65 and series 31 designations as well as a California Real Estate license, Insurance License and California State Notary Public.
