He was born in Colusa, CA and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador as his parents are career missionaries. Upon completion of High School he returned to CA where he graduated from Sonoma State with a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Business. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in 2003 and quickly moved up in 2004 to be a financial advisor at AG Edwards, where he was until coming to join Merrill Lynch in 2007.
Glen lives in Flower Mound with his wife, Gisella, daughter Nathalia, and son Lucas. He is active in his church and community.
