A life driven by passion. That is the best way to describe the life of Davis Aldana. At the age of 4 he developed a love for the ocean and fishing. By the age of 11 Davis was working on sportfishing boats and eventually earned the USCG 100 Gross Ton Master Ocean Operator Captain’s License. He developed his work ethic, client service skills, and a genuine passion for people while on the sportfishing boats. With over 14 years in the sportfishing industry Davis felt it was time for a new chapter and decided on pursuing education. While still working full time in sportfishing Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Business Administration, and the President’s List designation from CSU, Long Beach.

After earning his MBA, in 2007 Davis began his career as a Financial Advisor and was drawn to Merrill Lynch by the global resources available to his clients, the reputation of being the top brokerage in the world, and the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Process. Now Davis’ passion is using his natural abilities, the skills he developed, and his personal client service process to build relationships with his clients around the foundation that is the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Process.

Davis’ clients are affluent families and business owners. He works closely with affluent families to establish, plan for, and reach their financial and life goals for generations to come. This process includes uncovering and understanding client objectives, developing written financial plans that lay out the path to achieving the objectives, managing client assets in line with the financial plan, and meeting with the client on a consistent basis to update the plan and investments as necessary.

For business owners Davis works hard to allow them to spend more time running their businesses. This could include managing the owner's personal investment assets, managing the company's retirement plan (401(k), defined benefit, Simple IRA, etc.), managing corporate investments, assisting with business banking (including lending), and offering financial planning services within the company to help attract & retain key employees.

Davis currently lives in Long Beach, California and enjoys traveling, diving, fishing, CrossFit, hockey, and spending time with his family and friends.
