David earned a BS from The United States Military Academy and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Cornell University. After five years in the U.S. Army, including a tour as a combat helicopter pilot in Vietnam, David embarked on a career as a Senior Executive in the healthcare industry lasting over three decades. David joined merrill Lynch in 2010. He enjoys golf and fly-fishing and spending time with his wife Nancy and their children and grandchildren.
