Chad Zawacki, CFP®, CFM is a Wealth Management Advisor, Vice President and Complex Sales Manager for the St. Paul, Minnesota Complex of Merrill Lynch. Chad studied for and obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation and the Certified Financial Manager (CFM) designation.

Chad has been helping his clients with all aspects of their financial planning needs for over a decade, providing investment recommendations to individuals and small businesses in the area of cash management, portfolio allocation, retirement and estate planning. Chad specializes in the area of "Retirement Savings”, both corporate plan construction and personal savings and “Retirement Income Distribution Management" He is licensed by the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Chad, his wife, two daughters and son are active in their local community just outside of Forest Lake. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Special Olympics Northland 300, an active member of his church and the Paradise Point Property Owners Association.

Chad was born and raised in Duluth, MN. He is a graduate of Duluth East High School and subsequently went on to complete his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Angela Krebsbach, CFP®, CIMA®, CDFA, CRPC® is a Wealth Management Advisor, Assistant Vice President in the St. Paul, Minnesota Merrill Lynch office. She received an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas and has a Master's Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota. She is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA - inactive), and has also earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designations. She is licensed by the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers. After practicing for eight years as a CPA, Angela decided to change careers and, in 2000, joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor.

Angela has been helping clients with all aspects of their wealth management needs for over 15 years. She specializes in the areas of retirement planning, investments, and planning for divorcing couples.

Angela grew up in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and currently resides in Woodbury.
