Kelly L. Bouchillon, Sr., CFM, CFP®-Senior Vice President-Investments, Wealth Management Advisor
Kelly has more than 22 years of experience providing financial advice and wealth management services. He has a Certified Financial Manager designation and a Certified Financial Planner™ certificate, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Boards of Standards, Inc. Within our team, Kelly is our Fixed Income Strategist, spending a great deal of his time reviewing fixed income investments for our clients. He develops long-term financial planning and creates wealth management strategies for clients future generations. Kelly develops the clients fixed income, insurance, annuity and estate aspect by working closely with their advisors in developing their estate planning and ensuring all areas of their financial lives are working together.

O. Emerson Ham III, CFM, CIMA®, CFP®-Senior Vice President-Investments, Wealth Management Advisor
Emerson is the Wealth Management Strategist for our team. He has been with Merrill Lynch for over 20 years working as a financial advisor to high net worth families. He has a Certified Financial Manager designation, Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA® examination) and a Certified Financial Planner™ certificate, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He also holds the IMCA Investment Strategist Certificate (IMCA® educational services). Emerson’s main focus is in developing investment strategies for the team. Emerson helps clients implement an institutional approach to portfolio construction blending both active and passive management with alternative investments. He uses a variety of tools such as stocks, bonds, professional money managers, mutual funds and indexes to help clients create portfolios that give them the best opportunity to meet their goals.

Melissa Bouchillon CFM, CFP®-Wealth Management Advisor
Melissa has worked with The Bouchillon & Ham Group at Merrill Lynch for over 6 years. She has a Certified Financial Manager designation and a Certified Financial Planner™ certificate, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Her role is to work closely with clients to help them define their financial goals utilizing various financial planning tools available at Merrill Lynch. She does this by assisting clients in defining their financial goals and putting together strategies to help them achieve their objectives. She works with them to set strategies and analyzes the probability of clients achieving their goals. Melissa is responsible for measuring progress on an ongoing basis to make sure client’s remain on track toward meeting their goals. Within the team, she serves in the areas of personal, home, and business financing. Melissa is also responsible for the group’s educational seminars, event planning and marketing efforts.

Rosalyn C. Denmark-Senior Client Associate
Roz has been with Merrill Lynch for 33 years and has worked with The Bouchillon and Ham Group since the beginning. She is a senior client associate and is able to enter client’s security orders. Her duties include servicing our team’s high net-worth clients. Roz’s expertise includes problem solving, data processing, and quality control. She has years of experience in client service and a comprehensive knowledge of Merrill Lynch’s systems to help resolve client’s needs or concerns.

Melanie R. Kincade-Senior Client Associate
Melanie has worked with the Bouchillon & Ham Group at Merrill Lynch for 5 years. She is a senior client associate and is able to enter client’s security orders. She has worked in the industry for 13 years and brings with her a wealth of knowledge. Melanie is responsible for the coordination and implementation of our overall client experience. Her role on the team is to enhance our client’s experience with Merrill Lynch through direct, proactive client contact. Melanie uses her in-depth knowledge and experience to train other client associates throughout the Southeast Coastal Region.

Janna Vogler-Client Associate
Janna has been with Merrill Lynch for 10 years as a client associate and Resident Director’s Assistant. She has been with The Bouchillon & Ham Group for 4 years. She is responsible for client account administration and service. She works closely with clients and Financial Advisors to make sure the clients’ needs are being met in a thorough and timely manner.
