PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Arthur Barzilay is a First Vice President of Investments in the Coral Springs office. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1980, and from 1987 to 1992, he served as the Resident Manager of the Fort Lauderdale office and from 1992 to 1994 he also served as Resident Manager of the Coral Springs office.

Prior to joining Merrill, he initiated and hosted the first morning financial program in South Florida on Channel 51 called "Arthur's Inflation Report". In 1974, he was the co-founder and President of the Sterling Group, a Financial Advisory firm. In December of the same year, he held the "Arthur Barzilay Seminar" at the Fontainebleau Hotel. The purpose of the seminar was to recommend five stocks that he thought would be the leaders of the next bull market, and to explain why the stock market should be rocketing above 2000 by the mid to late 1980's (at that time the Dow stood at 585).

Mr. Barzilay has been acknowledged by Ira Cobleigh, for his contribution to "The East-West Pool - How The Rich Get Richer" in a book published by MacMillan called The Dow Beaters. His focus since 1985 has been, and continues to be, with high net worth clients and corporations in all aspects of wealth management.
