PAUL S. TANZMAN, Financial Advisor, CRPC® - Paul offers his clients more than 30 years of experience honed as both a Wealth Advisor and Branch Complex Manager. He holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers University and a B.A. from the University of Colorado. With a career that has taken him from the East coast to the West, he attributes his longevity in the business to helping his clients fulfill their goals by understanding cycles, recognizing patterns, and adapting to change. Paul is driven by a deeply rooted philosophy that wealth, like wisdom, is acquired in stages, requiring patience, active inquiry, collaborative discussions, and strategic vision. Before joining Merrill Lynch in 2008, Paul earned the prestigious “Citi Family Office” designation. This elite qualification, held by only a handful of Citi Smith Barney’s 12,000 advisors nationwide, enabled Paul to work with the firm’s most affluent clients within the Citi Private Bank.

Paul and his wife Tsgoyna have been married since 1986. They live in Palos Verdes with their teenage daughter Zoe and their two dogs Lucy and Tucker.
DAIN N. KIRKPATRICK, Financial Advisor - Believing that nothing of significance is achieved in isolation, Dain joined Merrill Lynch in 2008 to form the TKL Group. Dain draws upon his technical and creative background as an engineer, private pilot, professional musician/jazz pianist, and record producer to blend intuitive big-picture thinking with strict, disciplined analysis to arrive at innovative solutions for complex problems. Dain knows that financial planning means more than numbers on paper. He understands that one's life, not one’s livelihood, is what drives the most meaningful and successful decisions.
A 1990 graduate from Cal State Fullerton, with a degree in Electronic Engineering, Dain is conversant in the world of cutting-edge technology. Formerly a Financial Advisor with Citi Smith Barney, Dain joined Merrill Lynch because of its unrivaled financial strength and its multi-faceted and diverse platform of financial products and services. Dain and his wife Erin have been married since 1997. Their family includes their daughter Noelle and their rescue dog Riley.
PAUL J. LEACH, Financial Advisor - In 2009 Paul joined Merrill Lynch as the youngest member of the multi-generational TKL Group. Formerly a Financial Advisor with Smith Barney, he earned a ranking as one of the top new advisors in the country. Strong values and a diligent work ethic are the cornerstones of his business philosophy knowing that “it takes a lifetime to build a reputation and five minutes to destroy one.” Despite a rigorous work schedule Paul finds balance and meaning through his community involvement and volunteerism. He organizes an annual surf camp with all the proceeds benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of the Los Angeles Harbor area. Additionally he supervises a youth group at St. Lawrence Martyr Church where Paul has been an active member for the past 25 years.
With his M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and a B.A. in economics from UCSD, Paul offers his clients the most contemporary perspective and expertise on education, culture, and future trends. The Leach family has been active and prominent in the South Bay for three generations. Paul lives in Redondo Beach where he can indulge his passion for the ocean.
