Sue works with individuals, families (including non-traditional), and small business owners who desire down-to-earth, yet sophisticated advice.
With a focus on estate planning issues, Sue provides a holistic, individualized approach to help clients achieve their financial goals. By obtaining the Registered Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation, she is uniquely qualified to structure investments that encompass pre-and post-retirement needs.
Investment risk is managed through a core/satellite strategy utilizing flexible global managers, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), socially responsible investments, as well as individual stocks and bonds.
Partnering with a team of specialists Sue is able to offer superior advice and services in wealth management issues, including insurance and liabilities.
She joined the firm in 1997 and along with the CRPC designation, she holds the Series 7 NASD General Securities Representative License, the Series 66 Combined Uniform Investment Adviser License and a mortgage license. She is a member of Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility. Sue attended graduate studies in education at the University of Minnesota and holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Originally from the Midwest, she lives in Burlington, VT where she enjoys local foods, cooking and the great outdoors with her partner and daughter.
