She can communicate all the intricacies of the trust documents, structured settlements and investment management in an easy to understand way with real life examples. With Roxane, our clients have a long standing relationship provider, advocate and coordinator with a compassionate understanding of the needs of the beneficiary and family. In many cases, Roxane has been able to offer unique solutions to deal with pre-resolution complications.

Because of her unparalleled grasp of the special needs sector, Roxane provides key insights to attorneys across the country, enabling them to best represent their clients. In fact, she was part of the largest judgment ever handed down in the state of Texas.

Roxane has also been instrumental in the long term planning needs for high net worth families concerned for loved ones with special needs.

Roxane Rose has been an advisor with Merrill Lynch since 1999. She holds a CPA PFS and is a member of the AICPA and TSCPA but does not provide tax advice as an advisor. Roxane graduated with a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Civically, Roxane is a past president of the Arc of Dallas advocating for the rights of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has also worked diligently to further the employment of those with disabilities at Merrill Lynch.
