Prior to becoming the Managing Director in Western Pennsylvania, Susan Cruz has served the Firm as a Financial Advisor, associate resident director, associate director and director in the Central Florida, Central Ohio and Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama markets. Susan’s career with Merrill Lynch started in 1983. Under her direction, the Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama markets led Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management in Service Quality from 2006 through 2009. Susan has served the firm as an assessor in its cutting edge leadership development program and served as a faculty member on the Firm’s “A-Team” talent development program.
Susan’s leadership has also been utilized by organizations such as the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Impact 100-Pensacola Bay Area, Inc., St. John’s Catholic School, The Diocese of Pensacola/Tallahassee, Imperial Symphony Orchestra of Polk County, Florida, International Management Council of Polk County, Florida, The University of West Florida and the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce.
Susan has a Business Management Diploma from Henley Management College, Henley on Thames, UK.
